Power Punch Green Tea
250ml Boiling Water
1 Green Tea (brand preference)
3 tsp Apple-Cider Vinegar
3 tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Pour boiling water into a cup and add Green Tea.
Add Lemon Juice and Apple – Cider Vinegar to the cup.
Add Himalayan Salt to the tea.
Leave to steep for 5 minutes, stir before drinkings.
Best to Drink first thing in the mornings, before breakfast, as these nutrients will be absorbed into your body much quicker.
